Vaping outside isn’t bad, and is somewhat enjoyable. Now that the seasons are changing, some of the joys of a good vape may also. Whether it’s just on the porch or in the woods, a good vape is still a good vape! So now that the weather is getting cooler, does the experience change?
Vaping in cold weather doesn’t really change much, but there are some things you should be careful of. If you plan on being outside for an extended period of time, don’t carry your e-liquid and MOD in an exterior pocket. Keep them inside closer to your body to keep them warm. Although it doesn’t seem like it would, your MOD can perform sluggishly if it gets too cold, just like your cell phone or any other electronic device. Also, it’s important to keep the e-liquid warm because the cold will have a thickening effect on it, also lowering performance.
The bright side is that these are just words of advice, and not really cons. The only con present is that there may be some coughing going on between vapes. Going from a nice warm vape to sucking in some zero degree air might make that happen for those who smoked for a while before making the switch. It does make it a little less enjoyable, but definitely not the end of the world. Also, if you’re an OCD case about how you carry your gear, pack light, in a small bag that will fit under your jacket, this way, you can still have your necessities, keep them organized, and still keep it all warm.
Remember, just the act of keeping your gear warm will keep you in a nice and consistent vape, no matter what Mother Nature throws our way. Whether it ‘ sunny warm days on the beach or skiing in Aspen, your vaping experience is under your control. Don’t let cold weather get you down, keep it warm and keep on vaping!
